✓ Desert temperatures can change quickly, especially during the winter months, so please dress accordingly.
✓ We recommend wearing sunscreen and bringing sunglasses and a hat.
✓ Special dietary requirements can be accommodated when shared with us in advance.
✓ Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed, as animal movements are unpredictable.
✓ Please inform our team about any existing medical conditions before joining the activity.
✓ Restrooms are available during this activity.
✓ Expectant mothers and guests with pre-existing medical conditions cannot join the dune drive section but may participate in other excursions.

✓ We understand that plans can change. If they do, please let us know at least 24 hours before your activity. We will not be able to process refunds for bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the activity starts.

✓ Full payment for your booking is required at least two days before your activity. If payment is not received before the expected date, we reserve the right to cancel your activity.

✓ In exceptional circumstances, we may have to amend the Evening Desert Safari schedule or cancel the activity entirely. We reserve the right to amend or cancel activities in such circumstances and will communicate any changes in advance where possible.
